♦ Preorders give our customers the opportunity to reserve an item before it arrives to our warehouse. When purchasing an item on preorder you will be charged in full at the time you place the order. Preorder items are sold on a first come first serve basis; If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a store credit.
🛑 RETURNS BY MAILING AGENCY
♦ Once your package leave our warehouse we are not responsible for any loss, theft or undeliverable packages, All packages are subject to the terms and conditions of USPS and FedEx. Orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be charged the original shipping to re-ship. If this situation happens, our staff will contact you to collect your payment information and re-send the package again to your desire location.
🛑 HOW DO I KNOW MY PRODUCT IS GENUINE?
We are committed to bringing you only the authentic, genuine and recently produced products. We source our products directly from official and verified distributors.
🛑 WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Please check to make sure that the tracking notification did not go to your text or email spam folder. If you are unable to find it, please contact Makeupbysarias@gmail.com with your order number (i.e. #BO0000), and your first and last name.
🛑 I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER; HOWEVER, I DON’T SEE ANY ACTIVITY WHEN I TRACK MY PACKAGE.
Our automated fulfillment process generates the tracking number as soon as the shipping labels are made. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped and for the tracking information to be updated.
🛑 CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed you cannot cancel or update your order. Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.
